As an IT Support Analyst you will resolve complex technical issues and provide professional helpdesk service, maintaining regular communication with customers, provide technical training to clients, and develop & maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of products and solutions

[b]Key skills and experience:[/b]
* The ideal candidate will have 3rd level IT Degree and 2 – 3 years experience working in a helpdesk/IT support role.
* Experience in the banking, payments or financial services industries would be a distinct advantage.
* Any technical experience in programming languages or XML / Web Services projects is also an advantage.
