Our Client, a Property Consultancy based in Dublin 4 are searching for an IT Support Analyst to provide support on all super equipment and IT Services for the whole company.
Key responsibilities:
– Log customer calls.
– Analyse incoming requests.
– Install Microsoft OS and other key utility software including anti-virus, remote control, remote desktop services whilst connecting to Active Directory Domain.
– Support for iPhones, Tablets, hardware, software and network problems.
The Candidate:
– 2 years IT Support experience.
– Excellent communication skills and telephone manner required.
– You must be a people person who enjoys working as part of a team.
– ITIL Foundation and MCDST is highly desirable.
