IT Support

Here at Hudson IT I am recruiting for an IT Support person for a reputable manufacturing company based in County Galway .The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Essential Support Skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work comfortably under pressure (i.e. in a IT Support environment)
Ability to create, track and implement IT related projects (across multi-functional teams if necessary)
Good team player who enjoys customer interaction
Willingness to change (with an ever changing environment) and adopt new skills
Proactive and self-motivated, who learns quickly and is able to work under minimum supervision
Keep up to date with emerging technologies and latest Microsoft products.

Essential Technical skills
In depth understanding of Microsoft windows XP, 7 and hands on experience .
Experience on active directory, File and Print server management,.
In depth understanding of Ms office 2003,2007,2010.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN , VPN , Firewall , VoIP, TCPIP,DNS
Proven experience in Support and network administration mostly on Microsoft operating Systems
Third Level Computer or Electronics qualification
Microsoft certification is added advantage
