Enterprise People are currently seeking an IT Supervisor for a major Dublin based client. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the IT Supervisor will manage a team of resources that provide support services to operations and development including Oracle, Customer Care and Billing Applications. This is a ‘hands on’ role requiring extensive billing or call centre management experience. The IT Supervisor will have:
A 3rd Level Qualification
At least 6 Years IT experience with 3 of those years in a Team Lead role
5+ Years experience in an operations / 24*7 Environment (Batch Support etc)
Strong Billing Applications experience
Good general IT Support (Helpdesk, Incident Management etc) experience
Knowledge/Awareness of Release Management procedures and methods
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
