IT Service Delivery Manager

My clients IT Business Consulting team are going through a massive period of growth at the moment and are looking for you to join them in this exciting time. This is a brand new business unit within and will allow you to join a fast moving team in an increasingly growing sector. If you are looking for progression, excited and growth this is the role for you.

The IT Business Consulting team helps integrate business IT systems, ensuring that IT suppliers are motivated to work together for the benefit our clients. the team also provide IT consulting services including: IT strategy implementation, sourcing and procurement and change management.

Your responsibilities:

• Research/benchmarking;
• Governance process design;
• Risk/compliance assessment and process design;
• Workshop facilitation;
• IT contract review;
• Contract negotiation;
• IT Service management;
• Demand management;
• Financial management;
• Contract management;
• Strategy management;
• Report writing;
• Presentation; and
• Assist with Business Development including proposals/tenders.

Skills and attributes:

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience dealing with IT suppliers (preferably in a multi-supplier environment);
• Third level qualification in an IT and/or business related discipline;
• Significant attention to detail coupled with an ability to summarise. This role involves contract review and negotiation so detail is key;
• Self-starter capable of working alone but able to work collaboratively in a team environment; and
• Exceptional client service and communication skills.
