IT Security Manager

IT Security Manager needed to join a global market-leader operating in 20+ countries currently. This role is based in Sandyford, Dublin 18 (beside Luas stop). The reporting line is directly to the Operations Director, and the IT Security Manager will have overall responsibility for IT security and related Security Project Management for the business.

Responsibilities

·         Drive the IT security roadmap for the business

·         Management and performance of the Project Team and Security Teams,

·         Continuous communication to country ICT directors and ISOs 

·         Service Delivery for IT security with existing external vendor

·         Plan, budget and follow up on financials related to security

·         Ensure Project Managers are assigned to relevant projects

·         Ensure compliance to the overall Group security policies

·         IT risk and vulnerability management and reporting

Requirements

·         10+ years industry experience

·         Experience managing IT Security for large, complex, international organizations

·         Experience managing and supervising projects to deliver on-time results whilst managing risks, costs and suppliers

·         Knowledge of the relevant Security, Risk and Compliance principles

·         Experience of developing, mentoring and managing people including performance management

·         Professional certification in TOGAF would be an advantage

·         ITIL process knowledge
