IT Sales Manager

TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin West, are seeking applications for an IT Sales Manager for a permanent position.

This role will require a candidate who has previous experience in managing and planning Sales pipeline/Delivering against Target for Sales Revenue (Product/Services) and have experience managing a Sales/Business Development Team.

Skills Required

*Previous Sales Management experience within the IT/ICT Sector in Ireland
*Strong Network of contacts within the IT Industry in Ireland
*Ability to manage/motivate a sales team with focus on delivering against target and building pipeline of sales
*Strong negotiation skills
*Ability to interact at all levels within an organisation

This role will require you to be client -facing and to work closely with managment/senior directors within the organisation to deliver the overall plans/strategy for the organiation.

Ability to hire/recruit members for the sales team is also required.
