An opportunity has arisen for an IT Sales Account Manager / IT Sales Consultant to join our client, a leading supplier of hardware and software solutions.

This role would suit an ambitious candidate looking to combine their technical ability with their sales skills whilst making a really good living. For the right person, this role offers excellent scope for career progression.

As an IT Sales Account Manager / IT Sales Consultant you will be responsible for managing the accounts of existing clients and when required, generating new business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and operating across the corporate supply business, your duties will include:

– managing client relationships within existing accounts
– ensuring you are fully familiar with all products offered by the company
– ensuring all internal databases are maintained and up to date at all times

To be considered for this position, you must have:

– significant experience within IT sales
– experience of dealing with HP and selling their ESS (Enterprise Storage and Servers) products

Additionally, as the IT Sales Account Manager / IT Sales Consultant you’ll need to demonstrate a commitment to customer service and the sales process. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have existing contacts and business they can bring with them.
