IT Recruitment Consultant – Trainee or Junior

We have achieved a double digit in each financial year since 2016 and are on-track to repeat that feat this year. We provide both contract and permanent candidates within our five divisions. As of November 2019, PiC currently operate in over 12 European countries as well as the UK.

PiC is recruiting for a Trainee/Junior Recruiter to join the growing team. This is a unique opportunity to begin your recruitment career. PiC have five specialist divisions covering Risk & Data Analytics ( Quants ), Life and Pensions, Insurance, Investment Management and finally London Markets ( Insurance/Broking ), providing contract and permanent solutions.

Responsibilities as a Trainee Recruiter:

* Candidate resourcing and lead generation
* Business development
* Providing advice and solutions to client’s requirements
* Client account management
* Face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates
