Our Client has a requirement for an experienced [b]IT Helpdesk Engineer for an Immediate Start[/b]. This position [b]based in Co. Clare is for an initial 6 Month Contract and offer the opportunity for the contract to be extended. [/b]

[b]Key Responsibilities:[/b]
• Resolving day to day user issues (Profile, Email and Application).
• Setting up and managing user profiles using Active Directory and Exchange.
• Fixing any hardware issues with users PC’s/Laptops.
• Updating anti-virus definitions and Windows updates.
• Providing training to new users.
• Additional projects as required such as preparing system and user documentation and testing.
[b]Technical Requirements & Experience:[/b]
• 2 – 3 years practical experience in providing technical support to enterprise customers or software customers.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft (Windows Server 2008 -2012, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory).
• Setup, operation and troubleshooting of TCP/IP networking.
• An excellent attitude and the ability to interact with people in a professional manner are required.
• Must possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use judgment in providing technical assistance.

• Minimum MCP required, an MCSA Advantageous.
