We are looking for a Help-Desk Systems Engineer. You will be responsible for offering our clients technical support on Windows based systems, broadband routers / firewalls and Microsoft Exchange.
The candidate will typically have 3 plus years experience in IT Services, working for an IT Service provider You will have a broad technical background combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Technical Attributes
MSCE, Microsoft Infrastructure: Server 2008/2012, Active Directory
Exchange Server, Hosted Exchange /365
Storage and SAN, Firewalls and WAN
Backup technologies: Microsoft DPM and AshayOffsite Backup
Key Personal Attributes
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to problem solve, see issues through to their resolution and work to prevent re-occurrence
