IT Desktop Support (Part-Time)
My client is a large private banking company based in Cork City. They are looking for an experiened, friendly IT SUpport Specialist to work on a major project. A brief spec is attached below, if interested get in touch.
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years IT/IS experience
- Must have experience working in an Investment Banking IT environment
- Service Delivery focused with direct customer facing experiences
- Must have experience providing high level technical support in a very demanding environment
- Must have experience in supporting demanding Business Users and External Clients
- Must have in depth Microsoft Office support knowledge
PLEASE NOTE:
This role is a 1 year fixed term contract.
This role is for 24 hours a week (So could be 3 full days or [preferably] 5 days at 4 hours a day)
