itContracting and Evros Technology Group we are now hiring experienced IT Deskside – Desktop Support Engineers for permanent placement on our customer’s site in Richmond, Greater London.

Our client, a large enterprise international company, is looking to add to their existing internal end user support team. Consistency and quality of IT support services is of paramount importance to our client and to itContracting.

Key Skill Requirements:

* Active Directory user, group and permission Management
* Windows XP / Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 / Windows 10
* Excellent Client PC and Laptop hardware replacement, maintenance and troubleshooting
* Apple Mac support
* PC imaging and deployments, ideally with SCCM
* Microsoft Office support, ideally with Office 365 experience
* Microsoft Outlook in an Exchange or O365 environment
* Internal bespoke business application user support
* Citrix client support
* Meeting and conference room setup and maintenance
* End user desk moves
* Client data transfer, PC laptop moves
* Warranty management with 3rd party vendors
* Client VPN setup
* Client WiFi troubleshooting
* Smartphone configuration (iOS and Android)
* Mobile Device Management (MDM) using MDM Console
* Client Antivirus
* Remote client support using RDP, TeamViewer and LogMeIn
* Client network cabling and patching
* Skype for Business and/or Lync
* Cloud based user storage, ie box.com
* Peripheral device support
* Printing support
* Fully logging and recording all issues, actions and resolutions in Helpdesk Ticket software
* 2 years+ experience
* IT Support related certification (for example Microsoft MCP, MCSA, CompTIA A+ / N+) or third level support qualification
