IT Business Analyst – Project Management – €35, 000

Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a [b] IT Business Analyst [/b] for their client in the South East. This is a new role. The purpose of the role is to act as a business partner liaising between Quality Business System & Information & Automation. You will project manage the site quality system implementation.
[b] [red] Role Purpose: [/b] [/red]
• Business Partner liaising between Quality Business System & I&AT
• Project management supporting Quality site system implementations
• Elicit/Analyse/Document Business requirements through a predefined process
• Review processes with a view to making them more efficient & effective.
[b] [red] Accountabilities: [/b] [/red]
• Provide Business Analyst support to site critical Quality Systems.
• Coordinate the design, development & testing of system modifications to meet business & GMP requirements.
• Provide IT leadership (business analysis, project management) on other business systems projects as necessary.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business processes across all operational units within a Pharmaceutical / Biotech manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate experience in implementing IT systems in a GMP environment
• Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage all aspects of IT projects (project definition, scheduling, team dynamics, management communications, technical design, development, testing, training & support)
• Knowledgeable with Value Stream Mapping and Lean processes.
• Program management experience (ability to manage multiple interdependent initiatives to successful conclusion)

3rd level qualification in computing and/or related discipline essential

[b] [red] Experience: [/b] [/red]

• At least 4-6 years' experience in a similar role, managing cross-functional business systems projects in a multi-national corporation
• At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, managing IT projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
