Our client is looking for a skilled Cisco IPT engineer to design and implement Cisco ICM solutions in accordance to our clients business
Key Responsibilities:

* Providing lead engineering excellence and skills throughout all project phases (requirements gathering, design, procurement, implementation and hand-over to operations)
* Working closely with our client to ensure successful delivery of projects.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to help develop less experienced Voice/Network Engineers
* Provide occasional third level support and working closely with the Voice & Network Operations teams to resolve complex IPT issues when required.
* Co-ordinating and managing integration partners when required for physical commissioning and general installation of equipment.
* Participate in Architecture strategy activities when required

Knowledge/Experience:
* Detailed technical knowledge of the Cisco ICM environment, to include good experience of solution design and system configuration.
* Ability to undertake all aspects of design, configuration and implementation guidance associated with business projects that include ICM routing/CTI toolbar integrated in an Avaya ACD environment.
* Experience of having responsibility for delivering complex IPT solutions involving Cisco and Avaya solution sets.
* Detailed technical knowledge of Cisco Call Management platforms i.e. CUCM
* Detailed knowledge of QoS and Voice over IP (Gateways & Gatekeepers)
* Good working knowledge of IP addressing and Access Control Lists.
* Understanding of fire wall technologies
The following skills would be a bonus
* Knowledge and experience in Cisco Voice Portal
* Avaya IPT experience
* Knowledge of Contact centre solutions i.e. IVR and Diallers
* Knowledge of NICE and/or Cybertech voice Recording systems
Qualifications:
* Preferably educated to degree level
* CCNP, CCIP, CCVP or CCIE
