Our BUiSS’s are customer-focused and target driven with keen business acumen. They are comfortable and experienced in selling IT Business Intelligence solutions to senior executive audiences and demonstrate a professional and mature customer interfacing profile. The BUiSS role is part of the SAP Business Objects European Inside Sales Organization.
This position requires both strategic and detailed thinking and strong initiative. It is primarily phone-based but will sometimes require customer/ partner visits.

Tasks:
– Proactive, responsive and focused on discovering, anticipating, and meeting the customer’s needs by leveraging internal resources and/or external alliances

Requirements:
– 2-4 years full-cycle sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals (preferably IT sales experience)
– Proven success prospecting and developing a territory
– Successful experience initiating complex sales involving multiple influencers on buying decisions
– Demonstrated experience with IT solution sales holding responsibility for final negotiations and closing
– Proven ability to develop and leverage internal and external partner relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– Strong team player with proven ability to support colleagues
– Bachelors degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience is desired
– Energetic and goal-oriented, strong leadership qualities (experience with cross-functional and trans-national teams desired)
– Strong interest in technology
– Fluency in English
