Inside Sales Rep

Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced inside sales rep for a network management company based in Cork City.
Our client develops and markets an array of Network Management, Network Monitoring and Network Discovery tools to meet diverse requirements of today’s Network Management and Consulting Professional.
Package of €60k on offer plus full benefits.
The successful candidate must be able to speak a 2nd language.
You will be responding to customers and providing solutions for their network management needs. Primary duties include outbound calling and e-mail creation and response. The Inside Sales Representatives goal is to maximize sales opportunities while effectively supporting the customer by providing accurate product information throughout the sales cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assisting potential customers during their evaluation process, creating quotes and new customer accounts and closing sales.
Keeping management informed by submitting accurate and timely activity and results reports on a weekly basis and providing sales performance information on a weekly basis.
Maintaining accurate customer and potential customer records in the CRM tool.
Conducting product demonstrations via the internet to potential customer’s audiences that are both technical and non-technical.
Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

Passion for selling
Demonstrated sales success against quota
Knowledge of networking and computer technology a PLUS
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
2nd European language
Ability to use Microsoft Office, email programs and the Internet.
