Skills and Experience
* Relevant third level degree in Business, IT, Sales or Marketing
* Minimum two years experience in an inside sales role, customer service, telesales, or retail sales role
* Sales and customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
* CRM / ERP experience and website user maintenance experience desirable
* Customer service experience in a multi-channel sales contact centre environment desirable
* Experience in dealing with app & multiplatform support desirable
* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS office
* Ability to build rapport with customers
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader
* Outbound sales
* Responsible for hitting and exceeding all assigned sales targets and other KPI’s
* Providing excellent sales and pre sales service to new and existing customers
* Executing sales campaigns over the phone and via web tools for assigned campaigns and accounts
* Managing assigned territories and accounts from a service and sales perspective
* General sales administration duties
* Sales Management: Up selling and cross selling across all brands
* Supporting inbound colleagues and processes when required
* CRM data for accounts, contacts and all other activity tracking
