Information Security Analyst (6-9 month day rate contract, D11)

Information Security Analyst required for 6-9 month day rate contract with a well known Irish energy company based in North Dublin. The Information Security Specialist will focus on areas of governance, risk and compliance for the company’s Network and Information Systems (NIS) Compliance project.

Responsibilities

·         Act as the main point of contact for NIS Compliance project.

·         Undertake regulatory readiness assessments and development of appropriate strategies.

·         Advise, review, develop, test and implement security plans

·         Evaluate the information security risks of key technology security initiatives

·         Providing Data Security and Protection Advice.

·         Research InfoSec threats and developments

·         Provide guidance to internal customers on issues of information security risk and compliance

Requirements

·         5+ years experience in an Information Security role

·         Strong technical background and understanding of a wide range of network infrastructure technologies and applications.

·         Knowledge of InfoSec standards and policies such as NIST, SOX, PCI, ISO 2K etc.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·         Professional certification in IT Security an advantage – CISA, CISSP, CISM etc.
