Our client is a multinational company operating in the Kildare area and they currently seek an experienced Implementation Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.

*Contract Duration: 11 months
*Rate: €300 to €350/Day.
*Start Date: January 2011

Implementation Technical Lead – XML Contractor

Job Description:
The purpose of the role is to manage the implementation of links from customer or 3rd Party workflow environments into the client’s standard tools & processes. Acting as an analyst accountable to design the Interface solution that the Regional Engineering department has responsibility for.

Scope of activities within such projects are:
*Customer requirements collection & gap analysis
*Process Flow & Data Mapping of Customer workflow with HP workflow
*Co-Ordination of Connectivity setup
*Technical implementation / Provisioning and customer onboarding
*Documentation
*Test Plans and Pre-CAT/integration testing execution
*Consultancy for CAT/UAT
*Go Live readiness and MTP
*Stabilisation support & Handover to L2/L3 support

Skills required:

Essential
*Technical Skills
*XML / Java Knowledge
*MS Excel & MS Project
*Strong project management experience
*Experience working with Clients to define Requirements
*Process Flow & Data Mapping Experience.
*Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident , change, Problem & Request processes
*Fluent English
*Good Knowledge of Workflow Tools (Ideally HP Service Manager)

Desirable
*Ideally knowledge of the following Tools
*Biztalk 2006
*Experience with SQL Databases
*Demonstrated ability to work with large worldwide virtual cross-functional teams
*Experience with Workflow Interface development

Role Requirements
*Willingness to Travel abroad
*Flexible hours to cover diverse client timezones
*Extended hours and some weekend work will be required
