Our client is the leading provider of Motor Dealer Management Systems in Ireland with over 400 installations of their core product Autoview. They have offices in Dublin, Cork and Sunderland.
The Implementation Executive will be responsible for the implementation, training and support of our client’s core product throughout our base in Ireland and the UK.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implementing dealer management systems into client’s sites
– Provide telephone support for new and existing customers
– Training clients’ staff on-site and off-site
– Documenting training material
Experience & Requirements:
-A qualified or part qualified accounting technician
– Good IT skills
– Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise
– A self-starter with an ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Driving licence
Candidates for the position must be prepared to travel. Training will be provided.
