IM Technical Support – Cork

Our Cork based client currently has an opening for an IM Technical Support for a 12 month contract. Daily Rates Apply of €180 to €190 DOE

The successful candidate will hold a third level qualification and have experience with MS Server, Disaster Recovery, Database Admin and Telecoms.

Responsibilities: • Perform analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities of the clients IM Infrastructure systems with minimal direction.
• Provide leadership as required for assignments/projects following IM project development methodology.
• Identify, research and validate IM solutions applying in accordance with appropriate procedures and methodologies.
• Provide written and verbal communication such as status reports, progress reports and documentation to Information Management and business partners.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the clients IM requirements and manage business partner satisfaction relative to deliverables.
• Apply basic knowledge of industry and competitive environment in all facets of daily job functions.
• Consistently demonstrate knowledge seeking and sharing behaviours in the performance of daily work.
• Ensure that the client’s information assets are appropriately identified and valued, and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies.
• Ensure that security is considered and emphasized in all IM plans and actions.
• Facilitate the implementation of operational readiness project for the IM infrastructure.
