Technical Support Representative
IBM Ireland are currently seeking Swedish speakers to join their technical support teams. Ideally, candidates will have customer service experience and a strong interest in IT. There are already 600 staff from Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden in IBM, providing top level service to IBM’s Nordic customers. Here below are the duties of the job:
* Taking inbound calls from IBM’s business customers customers.
* Identifying the customer, the machine and the problem/difficulty and updating the details in database
* Providing hardware and software telephone support for the IBM products
* Answering to the customers’ queries and solving their technical problems
Candidates must have:
* Fluent Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian and a good level of English
* A strong customer service background
* A real interest in IT (IT experience or degree a distinct advantage)
* Good communication skills, with the ability to operate within a team
