IBM Ireland is currently seeking Finnish speakers to join their technical support teams. Ideally, candidates will have customer service experience and a strong interest in IT. There are already 600 staff from Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden in IBM, providing top level service to IBM’s Nordic customers
* Taking inbound calls from IBM’s business customers customers.
* Identifying the customer, the machine and the problem/difficulty and updating the details in database
* Providing hardware and software telephone support for the IBM products
* Answering to the customers’ queries and solving their technical problems
* Fluent Finnish and a good level of English
* A strong customer service background
* A real interest in IT (IT experience or degree a distinct advantage)
* Good communication skills, with the ability to operate within a team
