Reporting to the General Manager this I.T. Support Engineer position is based in Limerick, will be responsible for providing support to a Client base ranging from SME to Enterprise level Clients
Opportunity
If you have 3-5 years experience as an I.T. Field Engineer, then this is the position for you. This position comes with an excellent package for the right individual.
Overview of the responsibilities of the I.T. Support Engineer:
Installation and maintenance of MS Servers and Exchange configuration
Setup and maintenance of VPN’s, Firewalls and Network / System Security.
Providing Technical Support to clients on a remote and on site basis.
Other ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Profile
Background
MSCSE / CCNP or qualified or relevant third level I.T. qualification
Technical Knowledge
Excellent working knowledge of a wide variety of operating systems

High level of attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Strong problem solving skills
