Eden Recruitment is working closely with a major multi-national company with significant operations here in Ireland.

As this global company continues to grow their headcount around the world they now wish to appoint a HRIS Analyst to their Dublin based team. The HRIS Analyst will work with global HR teams across a number of international Business Units supporting key HR Delivery Solutions.

[b]Note:[/b] While this is an initial 6-9 Month Contract, there is real potential for the role to evolve and grow leading to possible contract extensions or even permanent status.

[b]Function:[/b]

Suitable HRIS Analysts will likely be experienced Business Analysts with at least 2-3yrs exposure to working with recognized enterprise HR Information Systems (i.e. SAP HR, Oracle Taleo /PeopleSoft, IBM Kenexa, Candidate Manager, Cornerstone etc).

• Provide Systems Administration /Functional Support into Talent Acquisition and related systems.
• Troubleshooting HR operational system issues (i.e. Setting up System Accesses privileges, adding and subtracting System Tables, performing admin and QA testing for new and existing HRIS tools)
• System Support – act as a conduit between internal HR systems users and in-house IT resources by utilizing a System Support Ticketing System to ensure escalation and timely turn-around of end user system issues to agreed SLA’s (with a high degree of customer satisfaction).
• Provide an excellent level of Customer Services and Training to internal users of HR systems (i.e. explaining site functionality, provide walkthroughs to assist users complete tasks etc).

[b]Skills & Experience:[/b]

• Suitable applicants will have a Bachelor’s Degree in either Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• 2-3 years of hands on Business Analyst experience in HR Information systems (or previous experience in a systems support role, including customer service).
• English is the primary language required
• Knowledge of 2nd European Language is highly desirable but not essential (useful languages include German, French, Chinese or Mandarin).
• Solid understanding of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition /On Boarding business process requirements also very useful.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to change

[b]IMPORTANT : [/b]This is an immediate start, applicants MUST be able to take up the assignment within 2-3 weeks of offer.

Overseas applicants will only be considered IF they are eligible to work in Ireland (i.e. they have EU Citizenship). No relocation available.
