Our client, a leading Technology Company seeks a Helpdesk Technician to provide 2/3rd level support.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience, strong and broad technical background with some of the following skills:
Technical skills
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Ability to quickly learn new products
– Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008
– Active Directory
– Exchange Server 2000/2003/2007
– Firewall/Routers. (Cisco / Sonicwall) an advantage
– Citrix and Virtualisation (VMWare or MS HyperV) an advantage
