PFH Technology Group have a number of Helpdesk Support positions.
These roles will be best suited to individuals who want to increase their scope and range of skills in the ICT support sector. The successful candidates can expect exposure to state of the art ICT products, training and implementation.
Working with a team of engineers you will be responsible for the resolution of a wide variety of problems. Working closely with our customers and suppliers to deliver solutions for their ICT requirements you will need to be adaptive in your approach and call on a large supporting team from the PFH Technology Group.
The range of products include but are not limited to Microsoft, HP, IBM, Cisco, Symantec, Citrix, Cisco, IBM, Fujitsu Siemens, & Alcatel. You will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
The successful candidates can expect to advance their career in both Knowledge in the ICT sector and in customer relationships.
