Help Desk / Network Engineer
Decisions Ltd, is an IT consulting company specializing in Cabling, Network Consulting and POS. We are currently seeking a Helpdesk / Network Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the COO and CEO the ideal candidate will be self motivated, confident and customer focused. Responsibilities include client IT helpdesk and day-to-day support, maintenance, documentation, design and troubleshooting, installation, and supporting existing and new customers.
Requirements:
• 5+ Years Helpdesk/Dispatch industry experience is required
• Previous IT experience utilizing Microsoft Server and Desktop Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting Microsoft systems and applications
• Network administration and troubleshooting experience
• MCSE certification
• Ability to work after hours, weekend and public holidays, as required
