My Client is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Analyst with French for a 12 month contract based in Meath.

Role:
Main task of Service Desk / Deskside support agent task is the handling of incidents and requests reported by users of the customer in the context of Local Operational Services (Service Mode with SLA)
It includes:
Call taking and incident resolution (high importance on First Call Resolution Rate -> Technical level on first line)
– Requests fulfillment (incl. installation of SW, Move Installation of HW, etc)
Requested skills:
– Experience of IT support and interaction with users
– Customer Communications skills
– Expertise in Microsoft windows (XP) and office packages (2003)
– Strong ability to work in teams and flexibility for type of tasks
– English (interaction with users) – very strongly recommanded to have knowledge of French as well.
