realTime Recruitment are currently looking for a Helpdesk Operative to join our clients growing team.
This is a contract role based in Cork. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in a similar role.
The Role:
Answer calls, voice messages, emails and all requests for support from end users
Log, categorise and prioritise each incident according to agreed SLA
Resolve the issue over the telephone on first contact
Escalate issues to Level 2 technicians when required
Compile regular performance reports

Active Directory
Microsoft Office Suite
Windows 7
Excellent communication skills
Excellent documentation and organisation skills
