We are seeking a part time Help Desk Support Representative to work in our IT Help Desk office in Portlaoise during the hours of 08.30 to 14.00 – Monday to Friday (incl. 30 mins break per day).
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of technical hardware and network troubleshooting .
Prior training, experience or certification is required. Further training will be provided both "on the job" and through structured training followed by certification.
An ideal candidate should:
Have a smart appearance, a friendly personality, be very IT literate, a good time keeper and be willing to learn
Show a strong sense of customer service
Have good organisational, communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
Show the ability to develop a trusting relationship with customers and clients
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
Have excellent spoken and written and Technical English
Show strong ability to work as a member of team and on a individual basis
Demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot.
