Our client provides a dedicated clinical and patient management software system designed specifically for renal service providers. A unique opportunity has now arisen for a home based Healthcare Software Account Manager / Project Manager to join their team.

As a Healthcare Software Account Manager / Project Manager you will initially be tasked with overseeing the rollout of our client’s renal information systems to all renal units in Ireland.

In this senior role, you will be working closely with the UK-based implementation and support teams, eventually assuming responsibility for locally managing all new system installation projects, ensuring our client’s software is implemented correctly and on time. You will also develop good working relationships with the key users of the software across Ireland.

After this initial phase, your role will develop into an account management position. You will deal with any user queries and client site visits and plan and provide clients’ training, including co-ordinating user support for the system as required.

In this role, much of your work will be done from home, however you will be required to visit clients and attend meetings.

To be considered for this position, you should have a background in the healthcare or medical profession, for example, experience gained as a nurse, biomedical engineer or healthcare project manager. A current driving licence and your own car is essential for business purposes.

Our client also welcomes applications from IT professionals with experience of software implementation.

As a Healthcare Software Account Manager / Project Manager you must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships. Good analytical skills and a confident and assertive attitude are also key.

Although not essential, experience of the renal industry would be an advantage to your application. Experience of healthcare software implementations, gained within the IT industry would also be highly beneficial.
