Aspira is currently looking for a Programme Manager, interested in leading a Transformation Programme.
Initially a 2-year engagement (programme design phase), with potential to extend into 3-4 years (implementation phase).
The Programme will need to interact with and respond to parallel transformation programmes in HR, Research, Estates and Information Technology. Significant change management will also be required including staff reassignments and training activity.

Key skills required:
- Experience and gravitas experiential learning (including transformation), career progression. Credibility working within formal governance structures such as board, finance and audit committees.
- Ability to explore and use leading class solutions
- Significant exposure to consultancy solutions and working with consultants
- Significant successful project and programme management experience in change programmes
- Formal project management qualifications preferred, including PMBOK, Prince2, BABOK
- Working in people based, service driven organizations rather manufacturing/industry.
- Proven record of influencing high level stakeholders from diverse backgrounds as well as on the ground finance operatives.
- Ability to lead, train and empower team members.
- Exposure to public sector, or higher education – preferred.
