Italian Helpdesk Support 1st line, Dublin city centre, 6 months contract

One of our multinational IT clients is looking to hire Italian Helpdesk Support person for their 1st line support division based in Dublin city centre.
You will provide first line helpdesk support assisting with hardware and software problems via phone, email or fax. You will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer service.
Your main responsibility will be to log all calls on the call logging system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
Main Requirements:
– fluent Italian and English speaker
– experienced in helpdesk support
– must be available to start by 27th September
– nice to have Microsoft Certificated System Engineer 2000/2003 (MCSE)
– good to have fluent Finnish/German/Italian/Swedish
