SoftCo are currently recruiting an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Graphic Design Team. Based in our headquarters in Dublin (South), the successful candidate will report to the Director of Software Development. Using a blend of creative skills and business insight, our Designers deliver high-end design support to both the Marketing Team and the Product Development Group.

Your role:

• Consistently deliver innovative, effective designs for a wide range of corporate requirements.
• Produce creative, attractive design concepts for SoftCo applications.
• Generate visually appealing graphic and layout design for marketing and sales collateral.
• Design and build product micro-sites and develop the corporate website.
• Develop original graphical communication pieces for distribution via email, online media, print and PDF.
• Create or modify technical diagrams, icons and other graphics as required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in graphic files as required.
• Deliver design projects on schedule and of high quality.
• Report regularly on project progress to key team members.

Your profile:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma from a recognised University or Technical College.
• Significant experience with the CS4 Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with Silverlight, XAML, Flash or Flex would be highly desirable.
• Proven ability to think strategically and relate design to marketing messages and business needs.
• Superior design skills with an enthusiasm for new and emerging technologies.
• Capability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
