Datapac are looking for an ambitious IT Graduate to join our highly skilled Support Centre Team. As a member of our Support Centre team you’ll be working with the latest technologies in delivering an exceptional customer experience to a wide range of Datapac customers.
If you have an inherent passion for IT then you will learn a lot as part of our team however, some knowledge, skills and attributes as a foundation are required:
• A third level degree in an ICT discipline or in a related discipline (where certain criteria has been met)
• For related disciplines completion of an ICT internship as part of re-skilling is preferable (to include some industry qualification/s)
• Experience in an ICT Support environment gained through a work placement programme is advantageous
• Experience in a customer interaction role is advantageous
• Evidence of self directed learning and ability to demonstrate a genuine interest in ICT industry is essential
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Business written and spoken English language skill
The following technical qualifications would be of interest to us and while not essential would be a distinct advantage
• A+ Networking, HP Certifications, Microsoft Certifications, Cisco Certifications
