Our client supplies, modifies and supports Microsoft Dynamics Nav (Navision) ERP business software as well as providing an extensive range of Dynamics Nav software add-ons. An opportunity has now arisen for a Graduate Software Support Analyst to join their team.

This role would suit a talented graduate (or equivalent) or a software support professional with ERP and SQL experience. For the right candidate this position will provide the ideal stepping stone to becoming a business analyst, implementation consultant or technical consultant.

As a Graduate Software Support Analyst you will be tasked with supporting a variety of clients in the use of the Microsoft Dynamics Nav ERP system.

The position offers a great opportunity for growth within the company. There is also the opportunity to work on-site with clients in locations worldwide.

To be considered for this role, you must have knowledge of ERP business systems and SQL, either gained within commercial experience or from your academic studies.

As a Graduate Software Support Analyst you must have excellent verbal and written communications skills coupled with a good attention to detail. You must also be a collaborative team player with excellent problem solving skills.

Although not essential, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav would be a distinct advantage to your application.
