German Account Manager

A new and exciting opportunity has just opened for an experienced German speaking I.T Account Manager.
Salary and Package: €47k package based on a 70/30 split and unlimited OTE including plus full benefits to include the following;

These position ar new due to continued expansion, and are based in their shared services centre in Cork, Ireland.
This is a full time permanent position and ideally they are looking for an experienced German or DACH Account Manager with strong renewals experience.
Reporting to EMEA Renewals Manager, the candidate will have responsibility for the provision of a high quality sales & customer support service. The role will involve the management, promotion and generation of high renewal sales rates throughout the distribution channel for the DACH Region.
This role shall also require driving processes and initiatives for up selling to the market and therefore meet an assigned Cross upgrade and additional seat target.
• Native German is essential

Duties:
• The role requires that customer enquiries and customer renewal issues are resolved, escalated, logged and dealt with appropriately
• You will have direct contact with resellers, distributors, major account managers, channel managers, BU Managers and end users.
• The successful candidate will qualify, prioritise, manage and promote both leads and enquiries concerning the renewal of company products, using independent judgment under general guidelines and policies set by the Manager of EMEA renewal sales.
• The role will also include the maintenance of accurate customer records, market & competitor information in an online CRM system.
• Successful candidates shall also be involved in specific projects to promote and maintain continuous improvement within renewal sales and company wide issues.

Skills:
• Information exchange with CEUR Manager, Channel Manager, DAM, CAMs, Inside Sales
• Sales and Customer Service with Distribution and Channel Partners, End-users
• 3rd level qualification
• Candidates will have a good standard of education, degree or equivalent experience– ideally a person with a business related discipline.
• A minimum of two years proven successful track record of inside sales and an ability to use sales / CRM software is essential.
• Candidates must be fluent in German and English, preferably have another European language but this is not essential.
• Candidates must have a Technical knowledge and proficiency of Windows, Microsoft Office, & e-mail.
