French and Spanish / Italian Helpdesk Advisor, Dublin city centre, contract 12 months
One of our multinational IT clients is looking to hire French and Spanish / Italian Support Adviser person for their support division based in Dublin city centre.
You will provide helpdesk support assisting with hardware and software problems via phone, email or fax. You will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer service.
Your main responsibility will be to log all calls on the call logging system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
Main Requirements:
– fluent French and Spanish / Italian and English speaker
– experienced in helpdesk support
– nice to have Microsoft Certificated System Engineer 2000/2003 (MCSE)
