We are currently seeking to recruit 2 French speaking Technical Support professionals to join a leading, international engineer firms IT department. This is not a call centre based role.
Working as part of a busy IT help center environment you will be responsible for answering and handling calls from the companys IT users on a range of technical issues.
You will be fluent in French with demonstrable customer support / focus experience.
