French or Italian helpdesk

A Helpdesk Call Logger provides first line helpdesk support assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or fax. Must maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Will log all calls on the call logging system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.

Will need to be fluent in French or Italian and English.

You will need to be strong with all operating systems, MS Office, MS outlook, printers, scanners, all hardware devices and PDAs.
You will need to have experience with networking and databases.
Advantage if you have knowledge of Siebel or SAP.

Must be in Ireland or coming to Ireland very shortly.
Must have work visa to work in Ireland.
