Company: Our client is a worldwide leader in software and hardware technology for business professionals and consumers. Their customer base has exploded and millions of users enjoy the fruits of their research and development on a daily basis. Due to this success they are now hiring a French senior technical support analyst to join their team in Dublin. The French Technical support team supports Microsoft Exchange servers and internal networks.

Role: As part of a pan-European team you will work on a B2B project facing average highly skilled clients (IT managers of SME’s) on a range of MS Exchange, Server, Active Directory and other technical troubleshooting. You will also support RAID and other storage requirements.

Skills: The ideal candidate for this position is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE/MCITP) with at least 2-3 years experience in hardware / software support and good command of Microsoft technologies. Candidates with experience in remote support at a 2nd level are ideal.
Strong experience is required on:
• Windows Server 2008
• Active Directory
• Clusters
• Windows Vista and 7
• Sys Configuration Manager 2007
