FRENCH Application Support Engineer
Key areas of Responsibility
• Responsible for the provision of technical support to customers around the globe.
• Provision of support to our customers for their production environments.
• Investigation and diagnosis of problems with our core applications
• Take ownership for customer support issues and push them to resolution.
• Log, track and update tickets in our issue tracking system
Job Requirements
• Troubleshoot J2EE application issues
• 2-3 Years experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with the structure of J2EE web applications, application server and database
• End to end experience in the support of web-based applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Second language a plus.
• Experience of providing direct support to external customers
• Strong experience of working with and resolving challenging technical support issues
