French and Swedish / Finnish helpdesk Agent – Dublin – Contract
Leading global consultancy has an super opportunity for a technically gifted support agent.
if you speak FRENCH and one other European language, we would like to speak to you.
In particular, if you speak French and Swedish or Finnish.
You will be providing 1st level support to the client. the helpdesk is open from 6am -7pm Monday – Friday.
Skills that would be required would be:
Excellent knowledge of all MS operating systems from 95/98/ XP/ Vista and 2000
Solid experience supporting MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Being able to diagnose and fix MS Outlook queries.
Installing software and having a professional attitude.
1-2 yrs helpdesk experience
There is excellent training for the right candidate.
