Financial Data Analyst
Our client is a leading international utilities and energy company. They have a requirement for a Financial Analyst for a 6-9 month contract based in their Dublin office.
Primary responsibilities;
Engage with the Business to understand their reporting needs.
Extract information from existing data and deliver an interim reporting solution using Excel/Access.
Preparation of financial reports highlighting variance in parallel financial system runs.
Coordinate, consolidate and analyse monthly business performance.
Balance sheet analysis including working capital and cash flow forecasting
Qualifications
Relevant Third Level Qualification
Advanced level on Microsoft Excel
Key Competences
Proven experience of extracting information from data
Building reports and presenting information.
Strong analytical and problem solving
Strong Excel and Access skills are essential.
Knowledge of applications desirable.
Experience with Oracle and/or SAP financial systems.
