A leading Financial services organisation requires a Financial Customer Liaison Officer for a long term contract based in Dublin.
You will be required to manage the migration of assigned customers to the new SEPA payments processing services. Your role will involve regular communication with assigned customers and you will also be responsible for ensuring the customer is prepared for SEPA migration in addition to supporting and managing the customers through it.
You will need excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience with financial electronic banking services / payments knowledge would be advantageous. You will also need experience within a customer focused environment and proven track record of delivering on service.
