Our Client has an excellent permanent full time opportunity for a Field Support Engineer to join the expanding Belfast field service teams. This is an opportunity to work with one of Ireland's leading IT Support and Maintenance companies with over 30 years industry experience. Candidates should have previous relevant experience in hardware / software support and a full Drivers License.
[b]Responsibilities:[/b]
• Provide onsite tech support for Belfast area customer base
• Must liaise closely with the customer s Account Manager and the in-house Helpdesk
• Have good Interpersonal skills for both Customers and dealing internally in the Company
[b]Requirements:[/b]
• 2+ Years Tech Support Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills-Verbal & Written
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Common IT applications and computer hardware knowledge
• Windows OS knowledge
• Proficient in Active Directory
• CompTIA or MCP certifications an advantage
