The Company
Our client is a leading IT Services and Telecoms solutions provider who has been in business for around 12 years.
The Role
An MCSE Field Service Engineer is required for our Waterford based client. The role is an exciting, challenging job with a leading Irish provider of IT and Network Services. Working with an experienced team the Field Services Engineer will be providing IT Support services to a range of clients based in Kilkenny, Wexford, Waterford, Tipperary and Cork.
Dealing with issues such as break-fix, support, performance, installations and upgrades.
Taking ownership of complex technical issues from escalation through to resolution
The Person
5 years field service experience (min.)
Microsoft Server Technologies, SBS and Standard 2003 – 2008.
MCSE Cert (must currently hold MCSE qualification)detailed MS Exchange and Active Directory experience
Ability to work alone and project manage.
Sonicwall, Draytek, Cisco experience an advantage
Backup and DR, best practice experience
Full driving license and good customer service skills essential.
