They are continuing to grow their European Support Service Centre in Dublin and have a new position for multilingual speaking Product and Client Support professional.

Role: The role involves supporting business customers on product and service support issues. This could be technical product queries, supporting ad hoc requests about the account or actions that need to be performed for their software. The role is not a pure technical support role but more of an hybrid position that requires understanding of their products and services with the emphasis on the quality of support and follow up on activities.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years business-to-business customer support or technical support skills. You will also need to quality and customer focused as this is not a volume support position. Candidates that have account managed clients will be well suited. Is required that, besides proficiency in English, the ideal candidate will possess fluency in at least one of the following languages:
